What to have ready

• Your resale certificate or state sales-tax permit. This is what lets us sell to you tax-exempt for resale. No certificate yet? Here is how to get one in your state.
• Your EIN and legal business name.
• Ship-to address and a phone number a person answers.
• What your customers fish for. Tell us your water and we will suggest an opening assortment that turns.
• If you are not open yet, a photo of the shop or a copy of the lease.

How it works after you apply

1. We set up your account once we have your resale certificate or sales-tax permit, so every order is tax-exempt for resale.
2. You get dealer pricing and a suggested opening assortment built for your water and your customers.
3. Your opening order ships from Sarasota, Florida, or you pick it up.
4. Reorder from the dealer portal any time: same catalog, dealer pricing, same shipping.

Do you sell wholesale outside Florida?

Yes. We ship wholesale orders to bait and tackle shops in all 50 states. See wholesale by region for what sells in your water.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums are low and built for a first shelf, not a warehouse. Ask when you apply and we will tell you exactly what they are for your order.

Do I need a resale certificate?

Yes. A valid resale certificate or sales-tax permit from your state lets us sell to you tax-exempt for resale. A certificate from your own state is fine; you do not need a Florida one. Here is how to get one.

Can I open an account before my shop is open?

Yes. Opening orders are how most of our dealers start. Start with the opening guide, then apply.

Do you make custom or private-label tackle?

Can I see the tackle before I stock it?

Walk into the Sarasota shop at 5404 Ashton Ct, Unit D, Sarasota, FL 34233 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET), or order a sample at retail from this site.
