If you only keep one ready rig in the bag, this is a strong argument for which. The 1/0 circle is the most broadly useful hook size in saltwater — reds, snapper, grouper, sheepshead all eat it.
The fluorocarbon leader is what makes it a Ghost rig. It refracts light close to the way water does, so it is far harder for a fish to see than mono, and it takes abrasion when a fish runs you into structure.
Tie it on and fish. Bite windows around a tide change are short.
