A large, readable identification card for Florida saltwater species.
Regulations are species-specific and enforcement does not accept a good-faith guess. The difference between a gag and a red grouper, or a mangrove and a mutton snapper, decides whether you are legal — and those distinctions are not obvious to anyone still learning.
The large format is the point. A card you can actually read at arm's length on a moving deck, with wet hands and salt on your glasses, is worth considerably more than a small one.
Keep it in the boat and settle the argument before the fish goes in the box.
