The in-between weight, and the one experienced yellowtail fishermen reach for most. It sits between the 1/16 that washes out of the slick and the 1/8 that drops out of it — right for light to moderate current.
Chartreuse is the visibility color, for overcast days, green water, or a slick deep enough that natural tones vanish.
On yellowtail, the lighter you can fish and still hold position, the more you catch. Pair with the lightest fluorocarbon you can stand.
