The Hydro profile is built to get down. A slim body carries less water resistance, so it cuts through current and reaches bottom in a fraction of the time a wide fluttering jig takes.

That matters enormously on a Gulf ledge or a hard Atlantic drift, where every second the jig spends falling sideways is a second out of the strike zone — and you only get a handful of passes over the number.

110g is the standard offshore weight, right for most reef depths in moderate current.
